Hypnosis is a natural state that we go through several times a day. For example, we sometimes "zone out" while driving home at the end of a day. We know we are home, but cannot really remember the drive that is because our subconscious took control during the drive. Athletes also use this natural state to improve their performance they call it being "in the zone".
Hypnosis is no different than those experiences we simply put our conscious mind to one side for a few minutes and we focus on specific thoughts, in this case, the voice of the hypnotist. You remain in control during the session and will always be able to come out of hypnosis if you want.
There are several hypnotic techniques and styles and I will adapt our session to best meet your needs. I will teach you how to use these techniques so that you will be able to use them in similar situations in the future.
