Group Hypnosis - An interesting opportunity to enjoy the benefits of hypnosis



I offer group sessions from time to time for test anxiety, smoking cessation and for the Virtual Gastric Band/Exhale Weight Program. Group hypnosis can be equally effective as one-on-one sessions and many people prefer the convenience of the group sessions. I tend to offer more groups sessions when I am out of the Ottawa area.

The host coordinates the event (with guidance from me, of course) and reaps the benefit of lower costs and offering one of the most interesting events that you may have done in a long time! This type of event is so flexible that it may be done in your home or in another venue.
